POLICE BADGE RIDE 2010 REGISTRATION FORM

Note: Badge Ride apologizes to everyone for the need to implement the following policy for 2010, however due to the STRICT LIMITS on the number of registrations we can accomodate and expenses incurred based on our registrations, it has become necessary to implement this policy due to past no-shows.

No-shows affect the ride in two significant ways; first they force us to turn away new registrants when the ride gets full and secondly they cause the ride to incurr expenses greater than neccessary thereby reducing the net benefit to our community causes.

The net result is that Badge Ride now requires valid credit card information during the registration process. Where a registrant fails to cancel his/her online registration before 9:00pm, August 11th, 2010 AND is a NO SHOW at Badge Ride on Sun 15 August, 2010, a nominal donation of $15.00 per solo rider and $30.00 donation per rider/passenger will apply and be posted to the credit card provided. NOTE, if the registrant has someone attend in their place, the above non-attendance fee will not apply, however the onus to advise of the substitution at the sign in desk rests with the substitute rider/passenger who must still meet Badge Ride eligibility criteria to participate in the Badge Ride.

Registrants with passengers are responsible for their passenger's non-attendance fee in the event they are a no-show.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE EMAILED WITHIN 48 HOURS TO CONFIRM YOUR SPOT HAS BEEN RESERVED (It is your responsibility to contact info@badgeride.com if you DO NOT receive a confirmation email regarding your registration within 48 hrs.)

We know everyone says it, but SPACE ON THE ONTARIO POLICE BADGE RIDE REALLY IS LIMITED and we regret that once our limit has been reached we will no longer be able to guarantee space on the Badge Ride. Should this be the case when your registration submission is received, you will be advised by email (as above) and provided options regarding participation in the Badge Ride. Please complete registration. All information is secured and encrypted upon submission.
